JUNMORE Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your item. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us in advance at service@junmore.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Any customized or special-order picture hanging systems

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).

  3. Contact your bank to check for any processing delays.

If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@junmore.com.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at service@junmore.com and send your item to:

Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
